Chris spends most of his time working with the team to support different aspects of the company. With a background in Chemistry and Engineering, Chris gets involved in projects with customers from initial concepts, design and through to servicing and training.
A proud Yorkshireman, he can also eat his weight in Yorkshire Puddings.
A keen runner and obstacle course racer, Matt puts the same dedication into his role as he does into his overnight endurance races and ultra marathons. Spending most days working with customers between buying a system and running with the system, Matt will work with engineering designs, onsite technical issues and customer training and installations.
Enjoying using the right tool for the job, Matt spends 90% of his salary on shoes for running on different surfaces.
Steve joined the company having worked within the print and packaging industry for a number of years, specialising in high quality products often within the Whisky and drinks industry. Putting his skills to work at Ebble, Steve is in the factory to arrange subcontract treatment of components as well as supporting spares, training and servicing.
Steve enjoys being outside, choosing to have a BBQ whatever the weather much more often than cooking in the kitchen.
Matt joins us to strengthen our customer support offering, keeping in touch with customers and ensuring that the equipment purchased from Tantec is kept in good working order. Importantly too that any downtime is minimised and dealt with quickly.
Carly has a long service history in law, with a significant amount of time spent working with the Legal Ombudsman.
These skills help her keep tight control on the accounts department and ensure that the rest of the company is following ISO9001 and other policies critical to the continued smooth running of the business.
Jen joined the company having worked in NHS out of hours support – dealing with urgent and varied requests. Her role in Ebble is similar, spending most of her time speaking with customers on different pieces of equipment to understand their needs.
Jen is a keen baker and makes fantastic cakes. She needs to bring more in to the office though!
