Installation And Training

Taking delivery of new Tantec equipment is often simple, however, customer support can arrange dedicated training sessions and installation support is on hand to ensure you get the most from your new equipment from day one.

Spares And Servicing

We aim to support customers with preventative maintenance to keep your equipment in top working condition and minimizing downtime. We are happy to supply spare parts, including critical spares for you to keep onsite and can provide training for this.

We can also arrange for a service visit to give your system a full inspection at the same time as changing any spare parts. Service contracts are available throughout the UK and Ireland.

Breakdowns And Keeping Going

Machines will break, and it’s always painful. From our Worcestershire site, just South of Birmingham, we have dedicated engineers who can visit your site, arrange for rental systems to be delivered and for repair work to take place.

We also offer contract manufacturing and many use our services as a backup where needed.

Other Items And Support

Alongside treatment equipment, we also offer surface energy measuring kits such as Dyne Pens, extraction, compressors and adhesion testers to help set up your equipment and get a robust quality procedure in place.
